Slight Ability Revision for Dio Brando's The World

So I noticed that Dio's profile says he can stop time for only 9 seconds but if you look a few pages right after said link, Dio is still able to move (albeit minimally and slowed considerably) and Jotaro then comments "It's been 11 seconds. Guess that's your limit." so I think Dio's Time Stop should be upgraded to 11 seconds. But please, if you have any other thoughts about this please bring it up.

Not quite, 9 seconds was his time stop limit at that point but 11 was his limit overall at that point.

His time stop actually ended , it was Jotaro and his time stop that added the extra little .
