Jack and Bonesaw have this. Not only is range a non factor here, Bonesaw's acid spit and army on demand+Jack's crazy long and skilled knife attacks make short work of the Doppelganger, who manages to survive for a time while avoiding Jack's attacks, before being attacked and overwhelmed by Bonesaw's spiders, which can't be read due to being robots. That Doppel is going to have a rough time killing either, assuming he can even land a hit on them, due to Bonesaw's mods on both herself and Jack

Problem is, Doppel's Telepathy is layered, +3 to be exact and it uses this ability to dodge attacks and hit weak spots. If I recall, aren't Bonesaw's spiders controlled by her?
