No, Awakened Keysword is simply you put Time Power into the sword, it isn't really being blessed by Tokitoki. Only FW is confirmed to be blessed, CC Goku got direct help and connection, you can argue Chronoa because she as a Supreme Kai of Time is the bird's attendant
