Eh, thining the Joker via being able to ignore durability in many ways, and having a larger arsenal. Also, I didn't know Skeletor was this OP, dang.

Joker kinda wants to lose, made himself have 4-B durability and defeated himself at the end due to his madness, Skeletor was tired of the destiny of all the Skeletors always losing to all the He-Mans and got himself this powerful.

Okay, I change my mind, I'm voting on Skeletor because Joker decreased his durability on purpose. Skeletor's higher sanity would help him win.
