Neither can kill the other. The skeletons have durability above ST's paygrade but ST himself is 8-A. Sure, the Stray can slow him down with a good range advantage that they like to abuse, and the Wither Skeleton can inflict the wither effect which ignores durability, but ST will likely just resurrect. Matches like this can't be added, but it's, uh, inconclusive.
