Size of angels in Quran

In Quran, it is said that the angels of Allah are so big, you would need 700 years to cross the distance between an earlobe and shoulder. Can somebody calculate me just how big that would be, if we assume the person traveling it moves the standard speed of 1 m/s and does not have a break?

If we go by 1 m/s it would be 2.208e+10 meters in 700 years traveled or 22080000 km if you prefer this way. The Sun has a radius of 696,340 km meaning the distance between the earlobe and the shoulder is 31.70 x time bigger than the radius of our Sun.

So, by your estimation, how big would be the entire angel?
