Simple Garou and Orochi (OPM) Fix

So Bang's profile has his stats doubling with Awakening Breath, but Garou and Orochi (optionally) has this same ability listed on their profiles so their stats should be edited to reflect this as well since its the same ability.

It's not an official 2x amp or something that can be scaled to Garou or Orochi. Base Bang and Bomb had to combine powers to break Elder Centipede's carapace so they each scale to half of his value. Awakening Breath Bang fully scales to Elder Centipede.

Garou and Orochi already have Statistics Amplification listed in their Powers and Abilities sections for Awakening Breath like Bang does, so this CRT doesn't really have a purpose.

Just put "Higher with Awakening Breath" on their stats, it doesn't need an actual value or whatever slapped onto them.

Garou has fused all the martial arts he know including Awakening Breath, so "higher with his fist", his redirections have more power than his normal attacks, so "higher with reflection", Fist of Exploding Heart also allows them to surpass their limit, so "higher with Fist of Exploding Heart".

We can list many things, it just fills his page without any actual addition, since these are already in their P&A.

Just like how we don't add "higher with AD" to every character who has it.

Then it should be fine for Orochi since he supposedly didn't have it until his fight with Garou.
