Rayleigh doesn't have a prime key, which is a bit weird considering all the other old characters do.

Regardless, Prime Rayleigh is kinda featless, whereas Big Mom has feats like fighting Kaido for several days straight with zero visible damage taken.

Big mom has versatility advantage, AP advantage, maybe speed advantage not sure though. Rayleigh has haki advantage like durability negation, and better observation but that's it. I'm leaning towards big mom.
