This CRT is very simple.
Silver Wolf should get Existence Erasure based on the statement that she can edit her enemies/opponents right out of existence via Aether Editing and her range via Aether Editing should receive an downgrade to 3-A, since the Aether Editing allows her to send enemies to random coordinates across the universe, and due to this ability, she views the universe as a massive immersive simulation game, having fun with it. The Interdimensional range should be added to her range too, since she was able to make her hologram to appear in Penacony's Dreamscape while her real body was outside of it, on the real world. The Dreamscape is a dream dimension that is separated from the real reality
