Silver can't put 682 down, so 682 will just outlast silver. 682 will have trouble putting surfer down, but eventually it will prevail. If Beerus can't kill 682, Silver Surfer definitely can't.

Surfer has soul manip, meaning he can fight people with low godly regen. 682 does not have a soul.

I just realised that I forgot to vote. I'll go with inconclusive too, there's no way the Surfer can kill 682, 682 is a Non-Corporeal and Acausal being with Mid-Godly Regen, Resurrection and a broken Adaptation and Reactive Evolution, and he can also come back from BFR. But the Surfer can fight without his body and has High Regen, which I don't think 682 can get though, so, yeah, inconclusive.

But the rules only say that we shouldn't bump thread that have been inactive for over a month without a legitimate argument, this one haven't been inactive for that long, the last response was in May 25, we're still in June 17, there are still 8 days left, and I gave a ligitimate argument (or, at least I think I did), I explained why I think the fight would go that way based on the abilities listed in their pages.
