Well however Silver is likely faster than Gild (both are Hypersonic+ as far as i am aware but don't forget about the fact that Gildarts have one prostehtic leg wchich is easily visible as something made of wood with iron elements. Ic could be very goood target to gain advantage for Silver. Silver also have teleportation and much wider range so i guess aas long as he can evade Gild he wins (and it wouldn't be hard to escape with someone with lesser range, similar speed when you have telpeortation)
