Shuma-Gorath Vs Nurgle (Fantasy)

how high into low 1-C is Shuma-Gorath? My memory on dimensions is rusty on Marvel, because that's his only saving grace as far as I can tell, Nurgle has the survability (mid-godly regen, a huge list of immortalities, and resists ALL of Shuma's hax), Nurgle's offensive hax completely outclasses Shuma-Gorath and Nurgle doesn't need to worry about Shuma's whole "kill him and you become him" as he can pretty easily incap with his insane disease/poisons that work on the conceptual level, even against other gods, or really ANY of his go-to hax.
