Shulk (Xenoblade Chronicles) vs Ragna (Blazblue)

I'm bumping this.
Ragna's durability is unknown, so I have no idea if Shulk in one hit will one-shot him or just not do damage, this is problematic. I'll assume he has the same durability as the one in the tier before, then he gets one-shot if Shulk gets a hit in.
Ragna has resistance to reality warping, so warping ain't gonna cut it.
I'll go with Shulk because Ragna's durability is unknown, and assuming he has the same durability as the one from the tier before, he dies in one hit unless acasuality kicks in.

I'm going with Shulk for Numbersguy's reasons. Additionally, Precognition is slightly more advanced then 6th sense, so Shulk has a slight edge there. Ragna's Low 2-C rating only applies to a specific hax, which may not work on someone of Shulk's calibur, so Shulk pretty much undoubtably one-shots. Shulk's also got better range and a wide variety of techniques. Monado Purge could nullify all of Ragna's abilities.

To be honest, this is... kind of a complete stomp, assuming Shulk can attack Ragna in any meaningful capacity
Ragna was never able to use his Universe level+ power in combat, he only got it towards the end of the last game by making a timeline that couldn't be tampered with by reality-warpers (and at the cost of his life, I think?). It's not like Shulk, where his Monado's creation/etc. powers scale directly to his power in combat.
