Seriously this is a meaningless headache over nothing, there is no dodging a thought based ability that has zero projectile. He can teleport to the edge of the universe and get erased for god sakes

Even if that Teleportation can bring him to a place outside of Sailor Moon's Range? Is there a chance Sailor Moon could maybe Hesistate with the EE? Since Sailor Moon can get past the Probability Manip, Shulk does have Passive Fear Hax, maybe that can help?
