From what I've seen he has that, and he also has story-level erasure and conceptual manipulation, just looking at his profile

Those aren't passive, though. From what I can see, and Powernull just nulls them[unless that is considered NLF, which I don't think it is], all his Passives[unless i missed something] are resisted. Unless his Reactive Evolution is really broken, and can instantly somehow adapt to all Fu's passives, before they even affect him, it seems like Fu will win. Can Fu do anything about Shulk's Immortality?

He can very well use sealing to control immortality or just absorb with skill Mechikabura has (since he has all of his cells)

Man, a weaker Shulk was thrown against Xeno Trunks with the Awakened Keysword and still held the upperhand.

The power null isn't really anything to really hinder Shulk considering not only does his Reactive Evolution cover power null as stated on his profile (with it working while nulled as shown with the Apocrypha) but Shulk is also capable of just willing The Monado to work again. Fu also has no way to deal with Alvis due to literally being unable to even interact with him which in turn makes it impossible for Fu to take down Shulk without Shulk doing anything to obliterate him regardless if that be conceptual hax, EE, negating Fu's resistances and doing numerous other things or just tapping him with his built into attack layered deconstruction.

Can Fu do anything about Shulk's Immortality?

Shulk has Alvis as standard equipment.
Shulk is protected by Alvis. (Immortality Type 8)
Alvis has NEP Nature Type 1, Aspect Type 1,3,4.

No, as stated on the Monado 3 resistances. Shulk and Alvis can undo seals so he would just get out of it.

As stated before, it doesn't actually matter since The Monado has shown to be able to use it's RE even while power nulled with the most notable example being with Apocrypha which was stated to have rendered it useless and even then the Monado swiftly overcame it. Shulk is also capable of reigniting the Moando with his pure willpower which is stated on his Monado 2 key.
