For abstract existence, I put "possibly" for that because of it only being possible, not an outright given. It is stated that every thing in the Blue Dragon verse are just spawned parts of the darkness but that can be taken with a grain of salt in the end. However, if you are the embodiment of destruction, then wouldnt that make you the concept of destruction (if there's even one)?

Conceptual manipulation, or at least the ability to harm concepts, on the other hand should definitely a given. The Soldiers of Light literally fought against the concept of darkness itself in battle and defeated it, as well as sealed it away with their power. Shu is directly descended from them so he has all of their abilities, and a step up, he fought Zola who was the concept itself.

No. Just like we have Dexmon who is noted to be "Death Itself), yet his is not the concept of Death.

That's not concept manipulation. That's being able to harm concepts, nothing more. Nothing really special.

Im pretty sure sealing it away would ensure some level of manipulation over it, no? And even if not, then resistance to it would be a thing since Zola's use of it was very ineffective against Shu.

No, sealing a concept away doesn't give you conceptual manipulation. Back when we had Dexmon as a conceptual being, we didn't give Alphamon any form of conceptual manipulation for sealing him. Also did she use the concept against him?

It probably won't make a difference, but how was Dexmon sealed? Because in blue dragons case, the darkness was sealed away when the SoL actually gathered the entire darkness together into one point.

Yes and to a large extent. Aside from absorbing the world, she used the darkness in combat for defensive and offensive purposes (like making barriers, negating attacks, etc. with it) and she used it to absorb him and the others to become a part of the darkness itself like everything else. Even after being absorbed, Shu negated it and became completely immune to the darkness's absorption under his own power and made the other descendants immune to it as well from that point on.
