Shouldn't Wreck-It-Ralph be 10-C?

Wreck-It-Ralph is a data character who's existence was threatened by something as simple as a person unplugging his game in the real world.

We typically treat data characters as 10-C due to how small they are, is Ralph different somehow?

Would it be good to give him a key for how he is to the real world, & how he is depicted within the video games in the movie/fiction-within-fiction he is portrayed in?

Wouldn't Ralph be databit units though rather than electrons?
