Shouldn't Arya stark be 9B with her Valyrian steel dagger ?

I don't really agree with scaling her to the NK, because at the end of the day it wasn't the stab wound itself that killed him, it was his body's reaction to the blade's material. NK's durability is probably at least building level normally anyways, considering his feat of tanking Drogon's breath is the only actual feat of durability he has.
