Should we delete Failman?

Okay so I found this guy.

I was fixing up his page and had to revise his attack potency (you, revised chart and all) and then I realized this character... has little written about him. And in broken English!

Now before I do my own research, should we delete this guy, or have someone knowledgable about him fix his page up?

Well, it shouldn't be impossible for somebody to figure out the intent behind the sentences and fix the page, but I agree that it is of sub-standard quality, with almost no motivations for the statistics, so I suppose that I could delete it.
