Should Self-Destruction be treated as a win condition in a versus match?

If a character manages to defeat their opponent using a self-destruct attack that takes both of them out of the fight in an equal manner (as in they both get killed or incapacitated and can't recover in the necessary timeframes) then should it count as a victory for the self-destruction user or an inconclusive? If the latter then what about characters like the Creeper from Minecraft whose only possible means of combat is blowing itself up? Would it still be an inconclusive match?

If someone used Self destruction to take out their opponent, it would be a draw.

Self destruction is a strange one. On one hand, if the self-destruction can kill an opponent but the user can't come back, it'd be a draw. On the other hand, if the self-destruction can kill an opponent but the user can come back survive via some means, then it can be a wincon. A good example of the ladder is Bomb from the Angry Birds movie. He can survive his own explosion so that'll be a wincon.
