Should Eternatus be Creation Trio tier?

Why wouldn't it make sense when the Creation Trio are being affected by the particles that were spewed out by Eternatus?

Because of being the litteral gods of the verse which aren't even corporeal and Eternatus litteraly having feats infinitely lower.

Also at best it would be hax in the form of Power Bestowal and not any form of scaling

Yeah, no. Eternatus hasn't shown anything that could even be implied to be CT level.
