Should Casual AP/Speed Be Added To Character Pages?

Some characters start off fights casual when they're in character, and usually they aren't quite as powerful and fast as they are when they're serious. I think this should be taken into consideration more often. I often see people claiming that Character A oneshots Character B, even though Character A starts off casual, and their casual showings are most certainly weatherable by Character B. In addition, adding casual ratings would, I feel, accentuate the amount of detail and care we try to put into the pages on this site

Ya can just add a note to their ap or something that they rarely go all out, like Saitama for example.
