Eraser fra

in addition to being more experienced in combat for being a professional hero, he is able to cancel the mirio's quirk (although this does not change his combat skills), he can still lock the mirio in his tracks, which would make the mirio more difficult manage to hit a blow

What will happen if eraser head used his quirk while Mirio is phasing through something

Maybe Mirio could use that to his advantage? Not sure.
I doubt it, and if Mirio is not careful he could end up splitting in half, so I vote for Aizawa for reasons above, the difference in strength is not that substantial and Aizawa should have more experience, not even counting his equipment (His Capturing Weapon, and a knife).

Well i'm saying turning his quirk off launches himself out of whatever he's permeating into. Having it forcefully turned off would have the same effect.

Wait, isn’t the gap in AP between Eraserhead and Mario pretty big? Mirio could deal some pretty major damage to Eraserhead if he managed to land some hits. Even without his Quirk, Mario was still able to take on Overhaul for five minutes by himself.

Regardless, I still think I’d vote for Eraserhead due to his greater experience and his capture scarf, which he could use to keep Mario at bay.
