I'm not an expert on Deadman Wonderland, but I wonder if it would scale to anyone in the series, since the protagonist, Ganta Igarashi, duels her in the last chapter of the series on relatively even ground while sinking Deadman Wonderland into the sea.

I mean it's a suicide attack so i doubt it scales unless someone tanked it

It's not a "suicide" attack. She used her full power in an attempt to kill herself, but she failed due to her own Regenerationn factor. She's fully capable of using this level of power and also leveled the island the series took place on during her final battle with Ganta.
