Shinza banshou discussion thread~Revival~

Anyway, I am currently working on Hajun’s profile, and I will open a thread about him soon up to the H1A level. Please stop these accusations. I am an old follower of this work and an early supporter. Also, the length of my time in the community does not determine whether I am an early supporter or a follower of the series.

Do you even know what being a supporter of a verse on this wiki means? Also, i'd be glad if you could stop repeating the same things and actually READ what the other people here are trying to say. You're only wasting everyone's time and embarassing yourself for proving your lack of knowledge about the series.

Stop accusing me, because I don’t like accusations.

Spending months organizing everything as a group, only for some random who has never touched anything from the work to come and copy paste other people’s arguments is crazy. This should be reportable and bannable.
Can you provide any evidence supporting what you’re saying? Who told you that I copied or pasted anything from it? This is a direct accusation. What I’m trying to say now is that the work doesn’t belong to him alone, and of course I can discuss things with him and I’m willing to do so. But being told what I can or cannot do is not right.

Randomly destroying everything people have been working on for entire months for the sake of laughing at Umineko characters losing in vs matchups is also not right. More than 40 people here have joined the project and worked hard on translating, editing, rendering and discussing everything in order for Shinza's official comeback on the wiki to be flawless, then you have showed up without any sort of previous announcement claiming that you will be the one who will bring back the verse, completely ignoring not only the message above yours that was explicitly an announcement made in order to avoid controversies such as this one more than 2 months before you showed up on this thread, and also the combined effort of everyone here.

Brochacho, you copy pasted PSW when you tried to upgrade Umineko to Tier 0 without having any knowledge of the franchise.

You are literally Larpus Maximus incarnate. You have enough of a track record for us to know that the only thing you are going to do is waste everyone’s time.

How am I supposed to convince you that I didn’t even know what PSW was at that time, and I only heard about it in the past few days?

When I made the Umineko Tier 0 argument, it was just a logical attempt, not someone else’s argument. I challenge you to show me a single letter of PSW that I actually used in that thread. I didn’t even include it there in the first place. There was a blog about Umineko’s creator here at the time, I read it but didn’t understand why it was deleted. When I heard the reason was plurality (the term “creators”) and ranking, I decided to open a thread about it, and that’s all.

Who told you I ignored your effort or your group’s effort? I told you that I will work on the verse—do you have an issue with that? Is this work yours and your group’s alone or what?
What I said is that I will work on it. Also, I don’t even care about Umineko characters in the first place; for a long time I have been thinking about this work and its revival, and I am one of its biggest fans. You are now just trying to prevent me from contributing and, on top of that, accusing me, and that is not right.
I already told you I am willing to discuss things with you if you want, as I said in a previous comment, so stop saying that I came here just to destroy everything you’ve done and all of that.

Raiki was the MVP

It’s none of your business. I like this series and I will work on it soon, and no one will stop me. I assume you didn’t even buy the work, did you? You talk as if this work belongs only to you. Besides, you’re new here, and as someone who has been here longer, I’m telling you: it won’t even reach H1A; at best it will be +1A after its return.
Yeah bro, definitely willing to discuss things down...

Your problem is that you think that no one can stop you from doing whatever you want. I've already given you the chance the join the project, yet you seemingly refuted it as soon as you heard that my rating for Hajun was different from yours. Then you claimed that you were one of the earliest supporters of the verse, yet your account is not even a year old (you also claimed that you've been here longer than me, which is hilarious considering my account is 2+ years old as we speak), you claimed that you're a fan of the series and accused me of being someone who didn't even buy the works (spoiler: i have a Fantia subscription, i literally support Masada and his work with my own money), yet you're unable to answer a simple question (which you seemingly didn't read, and even after pointing it out again to you you ignored anyway). You never said you were willing to discuss things down, all you did was just ramble about no one being able to stop you from reviving the series and bringing back Hajun or whatever in a thread that will be dropping very soon. What i get from all of this, is that you:

  • aren't knowledgable on the series
  • aren't a supporter of it
  • keep trying to show off your ego on people in order to do whatever you want, ignoring everything they say
  • accuse people at first, then play the victim once they bite back

Do you seriously think i can let such a person contribute to the verse? The answer is pretty logical, if you ask me. Some other people here have also brought up other instances of you posing as someone knowledgable on other series and even "being a threat" to multiple fandoms, not sure if you've already realized what you said in this thread could entail...

Is "Paradise Lost" dependant on the translation of K3? Because there's a lot of profiles in said novel and the concept of Taikyoku is something that's not even in the novel.

What does that even mean...the concept of "Godhood" is still there as Masada explained in the K3 VFB Q&A section, as the Sephiroth and the Abyss act like Taiji in the sense that they are a sort of path of spiritual ascension that leads to the Throne (Kether and Judecca). Thus, Paradise Lost profile will necessitate of an in-depth explanation on the nature of positive and negative Quintessence as it will grant them a High 1-A rating due to being what allows one to ascend through such path (you can imagine them as a sort of Singularity). However, the status of the translation of K3 doesn't really affect Paradise Lost per-se.

If i were to get into shinza, is there a place to read the translated versions? Is it all fan translation or mtl?

You can find both Dies Irae Amantes Amentes and Interview with Kaziklu Bey on Steam. They're both translated into english (Dies Irae specifically recently even got a chinese translation). It's not machine translations.

I think i'll probably announce it here to avoid controversies later on.

Due to the current state of Shinza Banshō on the wiki, i'm planning to make revisions of the entire series this summer, ranging from the cosmology page to every single one of the profiles (going through physiology pages and even supplementary explanations addressing misconceptions about the verse). I am knowledgable about the series and possess a Fantia subscription as well (i also possess links to every single piece of content you could possibly need of). I'm already gathering supporters for this project, so in case you're fine with it, i wouldn't mind your help in organizing things. Make sure to reply if you want to participate and help!
Good luck to every participant in this project.
