Then this match is simply not in Shinra's favor :/No mate, he already starts with it, that's why he put two 7-A. Think a bit
Then Deku takes it, no doubtThe OP says "both 7-A" so they are starting at 7-A (OP even listed their 7-A AP), which for Shinra it only means he is starting the fight already in Adolla Burst.
Deku has his own amps as well and methods to deal with speed amps.I mean... Teeeeechnnniiiicaaaallllly speed is equalized according to the slower person's speed. So if Shinra amps Deku isn't going to get faster according to that. Just remembered that.
The difference between Sol to FTL and whatever Deku can amp himself to is b i g .Deku has his own amps as well and methods to deal with speed amps.
So again, how much faster than light does shinra become? The difference between Sol to FTL and whatever Deku can amp himself to is b i g .
Why does that matter if I may ask. It sounds like your attempting to say that Deku can even hope to touch Shinra when he's attempting to kick Deku to death at FTL speeds. So again, how much faster than light does shinra become?
Because speed equal? So how high his amp is actually matters? Why does that matter if I may ask. It sounds like your attempting to say that Deku can even hope to touch Shinra when he's attempting to kick Deku to death at FTL speeds.
That is completely ignoring what I'm saying. I know that, I literally said Deku himself has amps.Amps are still valid win methods even with speed equalized according to what I've been told.
Speed Equalization Rules and Assumptions from the Versus Thread Rules Page.
- The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight etc.
- Speed Amplification techniques are assumed to grant the same percentile of increase to a character's equalized speeds, as they would to their usual speeds.
not sure if this answers your question but:What I'm asking is what happens when he speed amps. That's how he time travels right? So how does he even fight?
Abilities based on speed are assumed to be retained. Characters that can run over water via speed can, for example, still do so even if now technically too slow for that. Likewise, a character who can create a tornado by running fast in a circle can still create one by this manner, even though they are now running slower.
When speed is equalized, characters can still used their speed based abilities (e.g. Flash could still time travel even when speed is equalized against a Supersonic+ opponent.)Because speed equal? So how high his amp is actually matters?
In fact, I'm confused on how the amp even works in speed equal. Does he time travel regardless if he increases his speed further while in this state?
I believe it's baseline ftlSo again, how much faster than light does shinra become?
We've cleared that up friend. But speed is equalized to the slower character without speed equalized, which is Deku, so if Shinra uses a speed amp it won't matter if Deku amps because no amps he has or going to be enough to tag Shinra.Guys this isn’t hard. I literally put 7-A, this means they BOTH start with their 7-A key.

Oh, if that's the case, Deku takes it for massively outskilling and his greater versatility.
Why do you keep bringing up time travel? Even I said that it will not help him besides bringing him back to life whenever he turns into particles. And I'm going to say this again, so please listen. The difference between Sol to FTL and whatever Deku can speed amp himself to is b i g . Deku in no way shape or form is going to be able to touch Shinra if he uses his amps. That is completely ignoring what I'm saying. I know that, I literally said Deku himself has amps.
What I'm asking is what happens when he speed amps. That's how he time travels right? So how does he even fight?
Ok, that answers what happens if he speed amps while in this state.not sure if this answers your question but:
And you didn't explain why it would matter so this didn't become circular before, why? That is a much better explanation. So now I'm just asking how big of an amp it is. Because he can literally be 1.02x the speed of light and that is FTL. Which matters here, since deku would react to him rematerializing due to his precognition.
I feel like there's been a chain of miscommunication between the two of us. I'm certain I asked for the amount of his amp and the specifics of it several times. And I hardly believe anything has become circular. I was simply trying to understand how the ability worked. And you didn't explain why it would matter so this didn't become circular before, why?
Perhaps, but I would've preferred for you to explain the reason that the how much Faster that Light Shinra becomes mattered instead of just asking. Would've made it much easier for me to respond.I feel like there's been a chain of miscommunication between the two of us. I don't think you know how that amp works, the difference between Speed of light and FTL is non-existent. Even being 1.001 times faster than SoL would make you FTL.The difference between Sol to FTL and whatever Deku can speed amp himself to is b i g . Deku in no way shape or form is going to be able to touch Shinra if he uses his amps.
I'm not saying the difference between Sol and FTL is big friend. I'm saying it's way faster than Deku by a long shot. I have no idea how you thought I was saying the difference between Sol and FTL is large.I don't think you know how that amp works, the difference between Speed of light and FTL is non-existent. Even being 1.001 times faster than SoL would make you FTL.
While Deku becomes several times quicker using Fa Jin, making his amp much better in this scenario where they both start at the same speed.
Thing is, they are starting at MHS speeds due to how Speed Equal, while Shinra can amp to FTL.I don't think you know how that amp works, the difference between Speed of light and FTL is non-existent. Even being 1.001 times faster than SoL would make you FTL.
Deku becomes several times quicker using Fa Jin on top of his current state, making his amp much better in this scenario where they both start at the same speed.
It is not, FTL is a extremely small tier and Shinra cannot be anything faster than that or otherwise he would be FTL+.I'm not saying the difference between Sol and FTL is big friend. I'm saying it's way faster than Deku by a long shot. I have no idea how you thought I was saying the difference between Sol and FTL is large.
He is only FTL because he starts at SoL and then accelerates faster, thus becoming FTL, your amplification makes no sense.Thing is, they are starting at MHS speeds due to how Speed Equal, while Shinra can amp to FTL.
My Guy, I literally just said I'm not saying that.It is not, FTL is a extremely small tier and Shinra cannot be anything faster than that or otherwise he would be FTL+.
Without further proof, Shinra is around baseline FTL, that's all he can be.
Did you read this my friend?I'm not saying the difference between Sol and FTL is big friend. I'm saying it's way faster than Deku by a long shot. I have no idea how you thought I was saying the difference between Sol and FTL is large.
Speed equalizes to the slower opponent. Shinra doesn't start at FTL then, therefore he can amp since Deku is slower than Shinra without equal speed. He is only FTL because he starts at SoL and then accelerates faster, thus becoming FTL, your amp makes no sense.
