I would have to give this ShineGreymon here. Assuming Burst Mode, they should be around the same power as he is far stronger than the average Mega level now. Not only that, but at this point he has Acceleration Boost to double the power of his next attack. He also has Aura to heal his injuries as well. He also has Attack Charge to boost his AP by 10% that can stack up to 5x. Finally, Al's regen seems to take a lot of time and as such a well placed Final Shine Burst should give ShineGreymon the win.
