Idk how anything above 9-B is restricted when frisk starts at 9-A, and i don't think the match can be added if an ability is restricted unless it gives them a higher tier...

I managed to skim Frisk's profile and I managed to miss the 9-A part. I feel Sad about myself for doing that.

I presume you didn't want to look at the scans since they're cringe which is understandable, he just uses an energy beam here, which transmutates on contact.

Shaytan could just... mind manip Frisk and he would effectively have a new toy to play with by the end of the fight.
