Shay vs Achilles

Huh, must've forgotten a lot about Rogue. I thought Shay was the one who did that

Edit : Nope nevermind. Shay actually convinced Haytham not to kill Achilles
 
Well, given everything that goes down in AC Rogue, I'd say Shay wins by a long shot simply due to sheer versatility alone. His skill level is arguably more or less equal to Achilles and Shay just has a ton more equipment at hand. Even considering the poison-based stuff stops working, Shay still has his long-range grenades to keep Achilles at bay, plus Shay's precog would also keep him at high alert at all times and instantaneously detect Achilles coming.
 
Damn everytime an AC fight pops up it dies harder than the franchise's future, as if the live-service BS wasn't enough
