My suggestion is that you keep a notebook or phone next to you. When you wake up, try to annotate everything you can remember as fast as possible. If you do that for several weeks, you will eventually be capable of remembering your own dreams but it's chance based. Sometimes you'll remember your dreams, other times you won't. I can go weeks without having a memorable dream. That's normal.I haven't had any dreams lately...
