It says "Himalayas", so the only thing it could be is the Temple of the Elements. But I can literally find nothing about Raiden reality warping it into existence.

Someone should honestly request that Raiden's calc be redone with the new formula. Merli got fricking City level numbers off one typical storm feat, so I feel like a recalc on Raiden's will net him something fine.
Moreover, this match being a stomp hinges on the results of that calc, since an upgrade for Restricted Raiden is an upgrade for Restricted Kahn.
