Shadow should be able to beat Grimgor before he can amp himself too high, which is the main strategy of beating him, none of Shadow's offensive hax will do anything because of Grimgor's Aethyr manip resistance, and Grimgor should VERY easily take the skill advantage, but none of that really matters here, Shadow has the mobility advantage by a huge margin with flight, teleportation etc etc, and Shadow already starts with a pretty decent AP advantage, which Grimgor CAN close the distance on pretty quickly with his plethora of amps, but then Shadow can also just completely expand the gap at his leisure as well with shit like Lightspeed Attack, removing his limiters or even just going super and the like. Shadow isn't a fool, once he realizes his hax won't work, he'll switch up his strategy and basically beat down Grimgor before he can properly catch up

Shadow's ap is over 100 times higher, 5.8955639e33 (Which I believe he greatly upscales from, as if that mattered) vs 5.56293713e31 Joules. This is a stomp and should be closed.
