The Spell's innerworkings space is already accepted as 5-D/Low 1-C here. This CRT is for trying to upgrade it to 6-D/1-C. The reason is because it has its own time axis. Let's go in details.
Firstly, let's start with some minor things in Chapter 15, in which this place was shown for the first time in story. Sunny is experiencing Time in it. And here also. So, this already implies that there is some form of time in this place. Now let's go deeper.
In Chapter 351 Sunny directly says this:

Later in story, this passage directly shows that the Spell itself develops over time inside this place. First the stars exist in a scattered state, then seven ignite and create the silver tapestry, then it expands to consume smaller stars, and finally several great constellations form. That is a clear before → during → after sequence, proving that processes unfold and escalate in this space. Since the Spell’s growth happens within it, this means the entire 5D structure is embedded in a flowing temporal axis.
Supporting evidence: Sunny was shown to be looking at the tapestry of fate, which exists in that 5D space already accepted in the past CRT. When his perception returns to the normal world, he experiences the effect described in the text. He remarks that normal world time feels weird and nonsensical in comparison, which implies that the 5D space allows for an entirely different mode of experiencing past, present, and future, not bound to the usual temporal flow of the 4D continuum.
And from last CRT we know that this place contains strings of fate which contains all of information of the universe as it has existed, was existing and was going to exist, which implies it contains uncountably infinite moments of entire universe in the form of information. So, this time axis in this place will encompass all of this information of past, present and future in its every moment making each moment in this place uncountably infinite more complex and this is also shown from lower dimensional beings' perspective when they say they feel moments here are like eternity.
So, it should be +1D on this 5D space which would make it 6D/1-C.

thats like 3 months of CRTs down the drain and they havent even been applied yet
