Thrillseeker decides to go after diffrent prey other than serial killers. Government war crmininals. As it so happens though, these government war criminals are going to be harder to put down than he thought.

• Thrillseeker has basic knowledge on the two
• Thrillseeker has a knife
• Carla & Stewart are bare handed
• Neither team starts with line of sight
• Fight takes place in a large forest

Alright so, without any line of sight, Thrillseeker is capable of using his stealth mastery in order to try and silently take out his opponents. However, he would need to get incredibly close to his would be victims in order to do so.

In a straight up fight, i believe Military training is generally better than regular police officer training so Carla and Stewart should have a skill advantage over Thrillseeker, and Carla helps take over the intelligence advantage as well

Thrillseeker is really good at throwing his knife, as he could throw it at the police chief straight into the jugular without looking when he was a few feet away, so just throwing his knife is an option, though he'll be barehanded afterwards

That could definitely help him if he could kill one of his two target right away, but afterwards, i believe he lacks the skills to keep up with people who regularly outskill numerous military officers
