I was wondering, What exactly does this mean and what kind of feats would this entail?
from I understand it is an observed phenomenon where complex systems with multiple connected components have power-law distributed avalanche sizes.
Would this be in relationship with avalanches? I heard fractal infinities would play a part in this as well such as infinite universes, etc..
