Found this page in the wild, it's kinda wanked.

I'll just link the article here as source for my claims. It's fairly short so I don't feel its a hard ask to read.

Anyways I propose the following, "major" changes:

• They should be downgraded to 10-C, there is no implication whatsoever they're capable of physically harming their victims, and are instead reliant on incapacitating them with the lack of sleep, and then moving in. On the contrary there are multiple statements as to them being weaker than humans
• Should likely get Natural Weaponry in regards to their teeth and claws
• The hallucinating effects of their waves can be listed as a form of Perception Manipulation.
• Unsure if listable as a limited form of Self-Sustenance Type 3 or not, but they have developed an alternative to sleeping, which is essentially 5 minute pauses in activity.
• Image it seems has no correlation to the article directly.

Aight so I agree with all of this but I have some further additions:

1) Change range to be “Melee range, tens of meters via Sleep Manipulation”
2) Add in weakness how metals like lead can block their sleep manipulation
3) Also add Limited empathic manipulation as they can cause random anger without stimuli ( I say limited since I have no idea if this’s also related to the lack of sleep so)

Aight I applied everything outside the Self Sustenance and removing the image
So in theory the CRT can be closed
