SCP-682 vs Kars

Surprised no one did this yet. Ultimate Kars with the Red Stone of Aja, 682's universe destruction upon death is restricted. In character, no prior knowledge or prep time. Who wins?

Is CIS allowed for Kars?

Kaars loses if he underestimates SCP, which he will probably do because his last form showed some strong CIS in character (yeah, 400 IQ was it?). He will act arrogantly and believe he can take on SCP easily. If somehow he survives the first clash he will probably resort to whatever he can do at this point (like, he was very good at strategies back in base). So if Kaars can somehow develope a way to BFR or kill him (probably the first since is the easiest way to win)... well idk. Also, did he have Reactive evolution? because this could end up a fight about who adapts first.

682 is immune to being BFRed, and Kars has adaptation (At least going by his profile) but not reactive evolution.

His adaptation is biologically limited iirc (he had the dna of every single species) so, then, SCP is the winner, as Kaars cannot kill or BFR him.
