SCP-4455 failed to kill 682 (probably because the reptile adapted to it), SCP-4455 can manipulate Narratives (including Foundation Narrative at least). Influencing the Foundation Narrative is a Low 1-A feat (for hax or/and AP) because the foundation narrative itself holds Uncontable Infinite Dimensions which is accepted.
Also about Low 1-C, just to be precise, Possibly Higher key Says "A Hole In Mars insinuates that there are more planes that extend past ℵ0" meaning there are at very least 2 planes past it. Basically they aren't just "5D".
