Alright. Within a dream, Freddy can manipulate the being within the dream. We see this with Super Freddy when he turns his opponent into a comic book and they have the abilities of that comic book character. Based on this, I'd say Freddy has some sort of chance here, albeit small.

Since Freddy maintains complete control within his dream, in theory he could alter that which 682 can use. I don't think 682 would immediately adapt because being within a dream is not an attack, so much as a location within the mind. I suppose we could try to say 682 could adapt to just not dream, but eh.

Honestly, I vote inconclusive. Freddy has a fair chance of manipulating him within the dream and killing it there, but I'd say there is reasonable doubt that 682 could evolve to it. So... I'm like 65/35 in Freddy's favor, but not enough to confidently say "definitely the Fred-ster"
