Scp 682 question

So I noticed on SCP-682's profile that it literally includes the feat of 3922 dispatching monika and literally links to her profile. After knowing where the feat comes from for 3922...is that something that is allowed? I am wondering because of course they are two different verses yet feats are used for each other, and it could be I'm not extremely familiar with the rules on this.

when did that happen? I don't see anything related to Monika, only to a Stormtrooper

Basically that yeah, it's an scp saving DDLC members, and its used as a feat for 682 apparently. Which at glance, a profile of one verse directly linking to a different character from another, seems kinda sus. I'm curious if that's actually allowed to be used as a feat

I think the feat should stay and be brought back but shouldn't be linked to her profile
