SCP-682 durability downgrade

I was looking through his profile, and saw that he was Low-2C via dying. After reading why, the "impossible to destroy without serious damage to the universe" makes more sense, seeing how if he dies, the damage to the universe will be catastrophic. So therefore, it doesn't mean that he has that level of durability, just that level of...I don't know what to call it. Self Destruction? Anyway, this is a thread to get rid of that Possibly Universe level, and just have the City level dura. (Maybe Solar Systerm because of its AP)

Can't he die and revive at will? If he manages to "die" and destroy the Universe, technically he could just revive immediately after and live happily from his success in "killing all life". Also he managed to survive being wiped from existence by SCP-862
