Well, her ability does work to an extend against Pseudo DxD Issei, tho it is important to note that Nyx is going to lose against him even with Virgin Killer clothes.

So yes, the clothes should work here, another thing we should addres is Deimos a virgin?

If he is, then Virgin Killer should be able to resist most Deimos ability and attack.

Also Issei needs to use Pseudo DXD (low-6B) to fight Nyx who wear Virgin Killer clothes.

Strangely enough, it's debatable. If we follow the myth strictly, Demios has little to no lore, so yes he is a virgin. But in SCP, he has lived for thousands of years so it is unlikely that he remained celibate during that time.

Regardless, if we do in fact say that Demios is a virgin, his power null is way above Nyx's as he nulled 682's adaptation. Plus, his abilities more or less ignore durability by bringing his opponent to his pocket dimension and scaring them into submission. No physical contact is required.

I mean no reason not to. 4606 is blatantly male in the myth, and he refers to himself as male throughout the entirety of his page.

Gender Transorming gun/ability does exist in DXDverse, but it never interact with Virgin Killer Clothes.

Deimos does have an edge in terms of Power Null. also he has Low-Godly Regen so, even without his Power Null, I'd say he still take this.

So voting for Deimos for now, easy diff. probably.
