I don't know how effective Anti-Matter would work on the Executor's shields, since it was designed to fight the Yuuzhan Vong who also maniuplated Anti-Matter if i remember correctly.

It isn't a simple matter of output but more like... Type of attacks. If it attacks like humanity Deep Space Recon Starships from "Humans as Gods" - constant anti-matter beams - then shields will last as long as shield generators could sustain them. After this... Annihilation of ESD is assured. Additionally anti-matter beams could destroy all incoming attacks as well.
