SCP-106 vs William Birkin

You know what I'll change my vote to Willian due to have Regenerationn that is combat applicable and reactive evolution.

Birkin's Regenerationn and reactive evolution do have their limits. Too much stress and he starts degrading. Compare the seemingly perfect form he assumes before he becomes a giant tumor to said giant tumor.

106 barely needs to directly fight and even getting hit will still damage his enemy.

106 has combat applicable regen via regenning shortly after his neck got snapped and laughing off gunfire.

Anyway, voting 106 via dragging Birkin to the pocket dimension, from there on he's ******.

Deal enough damage to someone who apparently can phase through him?
