I'm giving a slight edge to scorpion on this one. Akame is mainly melee-oriented. She could be faster and can slice harder wih herbsword, but its nothing compared to Scorpion's hellfire and transformation abilities. Then there's also his teleportation and netherealm transporting powers too which Akame has no counter against.

Really? Then why doesn't she have some sort of precog on her profile? I mean that would be the only way you could know that an untelegraphed attack is about to happen.

I recently did a speedwatch on AgK. I doubt it's precog, but really good reflexes.

Because she's skilled.

Reading your opponent and predicting what they do next is a trait of skill, that's what Kessler does, that's what Akame does.

You don't need an ability to dodge a basic attack.
