R1 Scorpion is a better fighter from what I've seen so far and he has higher AP, durability and more techniques (summon demons, teleportation, shoot fire, etc).
R2 Hypersonic+ movement with Massively Hypersonic+ reactions vs Superhuman movement with Supersonic reactions. Tyrian blitzes so hard and Scorpion doesn't land a single punch on him.
Are those reasons good enough? Lol.
