Scarlet Witch (MCU) vs Noelle Silva

Voting Noelle via Forcefield Creation (With Sea Dragon's Lair and Sea Dragon's Cradle. Mages with large amount of Magic Power have a forcefield of Mana that naturally protects them from incoming attacks), Homing Attack, Magic (Attribute: Water Magic), Statistics Amplification via Reinforcement Magic (Noelle uses this form of magic to enhance her physical abilities), Water Manipulation, Fusionism (With Spirit Dive), Resistance to Heat Manipulation (Mana Skin allows even the average Magic Knights to run across the Yultim Volcano, a Grand Magic Region which can reduce a human into ashes.), Mind Manipulation (Those with a developed Magic Power are unaffected by Neige's Snow Magic, which controls the target), Power Nullification with Mana Skin (Was able to cast Sea Dragon's Roar under the presence of an elf whom neutralize spells of those with a good magic control such as Finral), higher with Valkyrie Dress (Valkyrie Dress is unaffected by Compass Magic, which could neutralize Noelle's spells despite having Mana Skin) and Sleep Manipulation with Mana Skin (Leopold was able to overcome the effects of Fragil's Snow Magic, which puts her opponents to sleep)
 
You just copy pasted her powers and abilities and provided zero explanation as to how she uses them to win. I'm not counting that vote.

Also, noelle's Mind Manip resistance sounds baseline level. Wanda's potency is nearly 4,000. I don't think Noelle's resisting that.
 
The lowest 6-C+ characters like Valkyrie Dress Noelle and Royal Knights Arc Spirit Dive Yuno scale to 2x the 6-C characters due to a 6-C base Yuno fusing with Bell, adding her power to his own, which is at least as strong as him (53 Gigatons)

10 times stronger than Wanda, I will vote Noelle except in the case that someone convice me that Wanda hax can give her the win, she is the most haxed Avenger for a reason

Sad. The thread has no real reasoning behind x10 AP winning over mind hax and everyone just threw themselves atop of it. Why is that more viable than mind hax? Specially since Wandavision Wanda doesn’t just strt by throwing stuff but by mind haxing.

Yeah, sure it was given. It’s just that there wasn’t any further discussion because someone randomly threw in “She starts by throwing stuff”, which is based on her pre-wandavision skill-set.
If she didn’t start with mind then she’d have no victory conditions because she always gets one shot before she can do anything.
