However, what about the attack speed of her magic?
Looking at the feat (here, we see Scarlet Witch's probably 2 or 3 metres from the explosion. So if her magic travelled in the span of 0.0012 seconds she would have Hypersonic attack speed. Doesn't scale to anyone, it's only the speed of her magic.
