Scariest Characters in Fiction?

Disgusting Shinno
One of the most disgusting/scariest/creepiest characters in Masadaverse for a lot of reasons:

  • Has no problem with torturing a woman he clearly in love with just because he finds it amusing and want nothing but despair for said woman, going as far to kill her comrades and lover (talk about falling in love) in the time loops they are affected by.
  • His face alone says all and also his theme is ******* creepy.
There is many more but i haven't delve into the game yet.

Hiiragi Seiji
This guy is scary for a whole another shit:

  • Want his son just so he could get hisis capability to become Rosei and take it from himself. Anything apart from that is nothing to him, he doesn't care for his family. As shown when he killed his wife (who is literally Marie 2.0) and later during his encounter against Nakiri Kuubou, just summon her as his doll and throws her to the dragon while said is monster is ripping her apart. He tells her she should be happy she is being useful to him and to his son who saw the act. Aint he a nice father?
 
This kid always kinda gave off an eerie vibe. A spoiled, uncontrollable brat with god-like powers, standing unopposed over a group of helpless townsfolk. Bit of a sociopath as well. A parents worse nightmare.
 
The Boogeyma from King's Quest VII was ******* terrifying to me as a kid. The fact that he can appear on almost any screen in the chapter if you stay there too long. The fact that his music starts playing just a moment before he shows himself. The music itself. I still have nightmares.
 
Oh, that's a tough one. Zero and Zero Two scared me as a kid. Porky Minch is pretty unnerving, but he's more tragic than scary. I also hated Boo's when I was REALLY young, but that was mainly because I couldn't kill them. Buzzo also is unnerving when you first meet him. Joy Mutants are also terrifing, but Giygas deserves a mention. Oh, Doki Doki Literature Club too.
 
Honestly Doki Doki Literature Club gives me the chills, and some of SCP too. ( Excluding the higher dimensional stuff. )
