She should be 9-A rather than 9-B, as she can take hits from and kill creatures the size of small houses, and can destroy large portions of them. And her 8-C rating doesn't have justification.
 
that seems alright

She even defeated a monster the size of large building, although it probably should be High 8-C but she went inside of it. Don't know which is apropriate.
